Well it certainly looks like this is the module I been looking for and I ended up finding it by accident. Currently I have a number of NRF24 modules connected to Arduino UNOs, but I have range problems here on my rural farm. What I am not understanding is the connection from the 3.3v RFM69 to the 5v UNO, especially for the signals. The NRF24 is a 3.3v module, but it will accept 5v signals from the UNO as long as it is powered with 3.3v. Will the RFM69 do the same. One post I came across said something about level shifters.

Worst case, I can get rid of all my UNOs and go with your boards that have the 328up buiiltin.

These would be plug and play. No messing with soldering up radios or level shifters or the BIG Uno boards.

Good price, too.

The sub-GHz radios have better range than the 2.4GHz radios - by laws of physics.
