Maybe some of the pullup resistor was locked on. Not sure if it's possible but my problem is solved. I can see on pinout schema -> VIN: 3,3 - 7 VDC But I saw you are using MCP1703, which allow 3.3V to 16V. I would like to power my scheme with a 9V battery, but I don't want to damage it.
