For those who get stuck at 300uA like the previous few people. It is related to the RTC chip not being initialised correctly and (probably - didnt check) having one of the alarm states active.

Use a proper library that initialises it properly and make sure to clear the alarm flags and it will work.

For reference, using MySensors Library with customised bootloader for OTA flash and custom code (I have spansion chips etc) the sleep power supply is 19.3uA measured on a CurrentRanger meter. Presumably more savings will be possible when using the RTC instead of the watchdog timer to wake it up from sleep but at <20uA I think I'm going to use it as is.
