Since my post was deleted on lowpowerlab's forum, I'll post the solution here. Felix didn't like that I was using non-LowPowerLab equipment. Seems odd to delete the solution since his users experience the same problem.

The solution was to use the H pin on the PIR to power it (see URL below for instructions) and to also briefly power off the PIR while radio transmits and right after coming out of sleep. I added a capacitor to power the PIR for the brief time I shutdown the PIR power pin. Below is sample code. Please note that the shutdown of the PIR was suggested by a user from lowpoerlab forum. I do not take credit. I just want to help anyone that may have the same issue.

found the solution to the problem.

In my project I have a DHT temperature/humidity sensor and a PIR(motion sensor). I'm transmitting the data those two sensors receive to another device. When I transmit the data with the "radio.sendWithRetry" the pin connected to the PIR goes "high" or reads 3.3 volts and triggers a false positive movement of the sensor. I've tried moving my PIR sensor to different pins but each time I notice the same thing. I'm using the miniWirelessHW-915 for this project. Below is my code. Please help and thank you in advance.
