I am trying to adapt .cpp libraries to C code.

I cannot find the register that globally enables or disable interrupts.
I am trying to write C code to match the functions interrupt() and nointerrupt().

I used to use the RFM22B and also an excel tool to set up the registers.
Currently, I want to use the RFM69HWC but I cannot find any tool like that.
I was at Hopper RF.com but some of the links related to compatibility with RFM223B doesn't work.
Also there, I found an Excel tool but lamentably I do not read The Mandarin language.
