Technical support and customer service are great! I interacted with a lot of people, and when it was finally up and running, Dan Armstrong patiently answered all my questions. Internet help outside of mspy.com is not up to date. If 2FA is turned on, there is no way to turn it off and you should use the Mspy workaround.
